II Solar and Water Collective Reservoirs Program "Why should water fall from the sky and into the Bay instead of being collected for future use?" - Seth Wachtel A team led by, Seth Wachtel, the Director of The University of San Francisco's Architecture Program, are developing a programs to support neighborhoods and homes with installing solar and water reservoirs so we can build collective urban reservoirs of water and electricity to take advantage of the acreage on our roofs and the sun's power to meet the increasing power and water needs of a civilization facing a planet experiencing escalating climate change driven drought and in dire need of better energy management and resources.
